See Be Free Intentional Eating Program
A four-month live online mindfulness program for more intentional eating, helpful habits, and greater freedom.
What We’ll Explore & Practice
• Recognizing habit loops: what triggers a behavior, what we do, and what we actually get from it.
• Working with cravings, emotional eating, eating at night, eating past full, restrictive eating.
• Exploring hunger, fullness, satisfaction, enjoyment, and the experience of eating.
• Noticing worry, judgment, shame, fear, restriction, and control without turning them into more problems to fix.
• Following through on caring intentions, including when we do not feel like doing something helpful.
• Distinguishing useful planning from worrying about an imagined future.
• Practicing awareness, kindness, curiosity, and playfulness rather than relying only on force or willpower.

How, what, and why we eat all matter
Eating can influence our energy, mood, weight, physical health, and overall well-being. What is helpful is different for everyone. Whether you want to lose, gain, or maintain weight, support your health, or simply feel more at ease around food, we will explore your own patterns with awareness, curiosity, and care.
This practice can support goals related to weight management, blood pressure, metabolic health, diabetes prevention, and living with diabetes by helping you work with everyday habits and follow through on appropriate health recommendations. It is coaching and education—not medical treatment—and outcomes vary.
Turn Your New Years Resolution Into Lifelong Evolution
Many of us begin a new year with genuine intentions to care for our health and change the way we eat, only to find ourselves returning to familiar habits. What if we began 2027 differently—with an intention rooted in care, supported by practical mindfulness, individual coaching, and community?
The goal is not another set of food rules for four months. It is to recognize what is happening in your mind and body, understand the habits that shape your choices, and discover more helpful ways of responding. These are skills you can keep practicing throughout 2027 and for the rest of your life.
