Please read this carefully. See Be Free provides coaching and education. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Rob Suhoza is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Working with See Be Free does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are working with a medical or mental health concern, please also work with a qualified licensed provider. Nothing on the Site or in our services should be used in place of professional advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, do not use this Site. Contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.
No guarantees
Change is personal, and results vary from person to person. We share our approach honestly and bring real care to the work, but we do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome. What you get from the work depends in large part on your own participation and circumstances.
Accounts and member area
If you create a member account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
Payments, pricing, and billing
Prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change. Payment is due as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions, such as monthly practice memberships, renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel as described below or in your account. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, and by purchasing you also agree to that processor's terms.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least [24 or 48] hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be [charged in full / forfeited]. The content on the Site and in our programs, including text, images, recordings, practices, and materials, is owned by or licensed to See Be Free and is protected by law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial practice. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share our materials without our written permission.
Your conduct
When using the Site and our services, you agree to act respectfully, to provide accurate information, and not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Third-party services and links
We rely on third-party tools for hosting, scheduling, payments, and communication, and the Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of third parties.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, See Be Free and Rob Suhoza will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
