Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 24, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ("See Be Free," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit seebefree.com (the "Site") or use our services. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few ways.

Information you give us directly. This includes your name, email address, and anything you choose to share when you fill out a contact form, book a session, sign up for our newsletter, create a member account, or communicate with us. If you become a client, it may also include information you share in the course of coaching.

Payment information. When you purchase a session, program, or subscription, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our own systems. The processor collects and handles that information under its own privacy terms.

Scheduling and appointment information. If you book an appointment, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to manage your booking.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and its hosting platform automatically collect certain technical information through cookies and similar technologies, such as your device type, browser, pages visited, and general location derived from your IP address. This helps the Site function and helps us understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and manage our services, respond to your messages, schedule and deliver sessions, process payments, send our newsletter and other communications you have asked for, maintain member accounts, keep the Site secure and working, and improve what we offer. We may also use it to comply with legal obligations.

Sensitive information and coaching

See Be Free provides coaching and education. It is not therapy, medical care, or a covered healthcare service, and we are not acting as a HIPAA-covered entity. Even so, we treat what you share with care and confidentiality, and we do not share the substance of your coaching work with third parties except as described in this policy or as required by law. Please avoid sharing more sensitive detail than you are comfortable with through web forms or email, which are not fully secure channels.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:

With service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, scheduling tool, payment processor, email platform, and analytics provider. They may access your information only to perform their work for us.

For legal reasons, if we are required to by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of See Be Free or others.

In a business transfer, if the business is ever sold or reorganized, in which case information may be part of the transferred assets.

[Production note: name the actual providers for transparency and for state-law compliance. Likely candidates for this Site are Squarespace (hosting), [Acuity or other] (scheduling), [Stripe, Square, or other] (payments), and [Mailchimp, Flodesk, or other] (email). Confirm and list them.]

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings, though turning them off may affect how parts of the Site work. If we use an analytics tool, it helps us understand aggregate usage and is not used to identify you personally.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Rob@seebefree.com, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. Residents of California and certain other US states may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing, which we do not do. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email above.

[Production note: if Rob knowingly works with EU or UK clients, the GDPR section should be reviewed and expanded by a professional, including a lawful basis for processing.]

Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we rely on the security practices of the trusted platforms we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Terms of Service

Effective date: [Month Day, Year]

Welcome, and thank you for being here. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of seebefree.com (the "Site") and the services offered by [legal business name] ("See Be Free," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who can use our services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, create an account, or purchase services.

What See Be Free offers

We offer coaching, group programs, live practice sessions, digital content, and related resources focused on habits, behavior change, and well-being. Specific offerings, formats, and pricing are described on the Site and may change over time.

Important: coaching is not therapy or medical care

Please read this carefully. See Be Free provides coaching and education. It is not therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, medical care, or a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Rob Suhoza is a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Working with See Be Free does not create a therapist-client, physician-patient, or other licensed professional relationship.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition. If you are working with a medical or mental health concern, please also work with a qualified licensed provider. Nothing on the Site or in our services should be used in place of professional advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or medical emergency, do not use this Site. Contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

No guarantees

Change is personal, and results vary from person to person. We share our approach honestly and bring real care to the work, but we do not promise or guarantee any specific outcome. What you get from the work depends in large part on your own participation and circumstances.

Accounts and member area

If you create a member account, you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Payments, pricing, and billing

Prices are listed on the Site and are subject to change. Payment is due as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions, such as monthly practice memberships, renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel as described below or in your account. All payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, and by purchasing you also agree to that processor's terms.

Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

[Production note: this section needs Rob's actual policies. The language below is a placeholder to be confirmed or replaced.]

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least [24 or 48] hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be [charged in full / forfeited]. Programs and packages are [refundable within X days / non-refundable once begun], as described at purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will stop renewing at the end of the current billing period, and payments already made are [non-refundable]. If you ever have a concern about a charge, reach out and we will do our best to make it right.

Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Site or services at any time if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. [Confirm governing state and whether Rob wants a dispute resolution or arbitration clause, which a lawyer should draft.]
