Many of us struggle with habits that keep us stuck — anxiety, overeating, endless scrolling, or self-judgment. See Be Free gives you tools, support, and science-backed practices to step off the cycle and create an infrastructure for freedom. The holidays are one of the hardest times to stay grounded — old habits often take over. That’s why the See Be Free Habit Change Program is timed for October through January.

October 5th – November 23rd, 2025: Weekly 90-minute group sessions (8 sessions total) 11am ET - 12:30pm ET

December 2025: Two 90-minute sessions (Dec 7th & Dec 21st)

January 2026: Two 90-minute sessions (Jan 4th & Jan 18th)

Throughout the program: Weekly asynchronous coaching and one 30-minute 1:1 coaching session per month

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have my camera on?
Yes. Being able to see each other helps create safety, connection, and accountability.

Do I need to attend all meetings?
If you miss one or two, that’s okay. Missing more than that compromises the integrity and structure of the group. This program is designed as a shared journey, and your presence matters.
What if I’ve never meditated or practiced mindfulness before?
That’s completely fine. The practices are simple and accessible. No prior experience is required.
What if I already have a meditation practice?
Great! You’ll deepen your practice and learn how to directly apply mindfulness to habit change in daily life.
Is this therapy?
No. This program is coaching, education, and practice support. It’s not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. This program can work in alignment with many forms of therapy and health interventions. Please check with your provider.

What if I feel anxious in groups?
Many participants feel this way at first. The group is small (15–16 people max), supportive, and designed to create a safe environment where everyone can show up authentically.
How much time outside of the sessions is expected?
You’ll get weekly practices to bring into your daily life. Think of it as weaving mindfulness into what you’re already doing, rather than adding hours of extra work.
